Personalization: 

Many of the signs can be personalized with a name of your choice. The signs are usually personalized with vinyl lettering and in some cases accents are added to the letters by hand.

There are no character limits on our personalized items. We will make the copy fit. Personalization spelling (if any) will appear exactly as stated on your purchase. We do not automatically add punctuation and assume spelling is correct so please be sure that the way you spell and punctuate your personalization on your  order is how you want it to appear on the sign. Case, font, and colors are pre-determined by the item you purchase.

Punctuation:

One of the most common mistakes people make is to use incorrect punctuation in their personalization. This is especially confusing when the name ends in an 's'.

Most names are usually personalized in the singular posessive with an 'apostrophe-s' at the end:

  • Mark's
  • Smith's
  • Chris's
  • Jones's

Many of the signs add a 'The' in front of the name indicating a family name instead of an individual. These should be plural posessive and use an 's-apostrophe' at the end:

  • The Smiths' not The Smith's
  • The Joneses' not The Jones's

Pay attention when ordering whether the sign has a 'The' preceding the name to determine whether your personalization needs to be singular or plural. We always do the name exactly as ordered to avoid confusion, so please double check before ordering.

 

Manufacturing and Shipping 

All of the signs are made to order. Usually, the signs will ship in 3-9 business days from when you submit your order. This production time may be slightly longer around holidays.

The signs ship via UPS and generally take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days for delivery. 

Return Policy

We only accept returns for manufacturer error or defect. Personalized items that are personalized incorrectly and are not our fault cannot be returned. Personalized items that are personalized incorrectly and are our fault will be replaced at no charge. Customer must report damaged or defective merchandise within 90 days.

If a package is returned to us for any reason that is not our fault, ie, bad address, cannot contact customer, customer moved,  there will be a $15.00 Re-ship fee as well as actual freight and an additional $2.00 drop ship fee billed.

If UPS has to correct a delivery address before the item is delivered, there is a $15.00 Address Correction Fee for Ground deliveries.

Customer must report damaged or defective merchandise within 90 days. If the item was damaged or defective, please be sure to describe in detail the specific damage to the item as well as the packaging so we can determine if a claim needs to be filed with the carrier.
