HEX DOWEL RODS
These six sided wooden dowel rods are great for platform or gazebo style birdfeeders and birdhouses. They'll save you the time and frustration of cutting them in your shop.
Trying to cut perfect 30 degree angles on your table saw so that each side is the same width is not only difficult, it can be dangerous when working with small stock and irregular shapes.
The hexagon stock is 7/8 x 1" and each rod is 12" long. Contact me for custom sizes. They are made of pine and are ready for painting. Save yourself the time and hassle of trying to cut them on your shop equipment and order some that are already made!
